Terms of Use

1. Subject of the services

Akmei B.V. provides strategic consultancy, specializing in optimizing business processes and financial returns for business services. Our services include courses on efficient capital management and audits for operational improvement, primarily focused on medium-sized enterprises.

2. Rights and obligations

Akmei B.V. commits to:

• Delivering services with professional diligence.
• Protecting confidential customer information.
• Providing clearly defined deliverables and timelines.

The customer commits to:

• Providing accurate and complete information in a timely manner.
• Fulfilling agreed payment obligations.
• Using provided materials solely for internal business use.

3. Payments and refunds

All prices are exclusive of VAT. Payments must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Courses and audits are custom-made; cancellation after the start of execution does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid. Refunds for undelivered services are agreed proportionally and in writing.

4. Limitation of liability

Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount paid out by your insurer, or, if this is not applicable, to the amount of the invoice for the specific service that gave rise to the damage. We are not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or lost profits.

5. Termination and disputes

Either party may terminate the agreement in writing in the event of a material breach by the other party, after a reasonable notice period of 30 days.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will initially be submitted to the competent court in the district where Akmei B.V. is located.

6. Changes and contact

Akmei B.V. reserves the right to unilaterally amend these terms. The current version is always available on our website. Changes become effective 30 days after publication.
